RESUMO A Agricultura 4.0 envolve a incorporação de tecnologias de informação e comunicação em máquinas, equipamentos e sensores para uso em sistemas de produção agrícola e tem como principal objetivo, facilitar a tomada de decisões em processos agrícolas. O Controle Estatístico de Qualidade (CEQ) é um método estatístico que utiliza várias técnicas e ferramentas para analisar a variabilidade dos dados, ferramentas estas que podem ser utilizadas para fornecer informações importantes para a tomada de decisões, inclusive para operações agrícolas mecanizadas. Este trabalho teve como objetivo buscar na literatura científica mundial o estado da arte na utilização do Controle Estatístico de Qualidade em processos agrícolas mecanizados, demonstrando também o seu potencial para ser incorporado na Agricultura 4.0. Nossa pesquisa envolveu um levantamento bibliométrico nas bases de dados Scopus e Google Acadêmico. Os estudos analisados permitiram inferir que as ferramentas CEQ podem melhorar a compreensão das operações mecanizadas e serem utilizadas na Agricultura 4.0. Esses recursos também podem agilizar e aprimorar a tomada de decisões, de modo a converter dados massivos (big data) em informações úteis e precisas (right data).

ABSTRACT Agriculture 4.0 involves the incorporation of information and communication technologies into machines, equipment, and sensors for use in agricultural production systems. It aims to ease decision-making in agricultural processes. Statistical Quality Control (SQC) is a statistical method with several techniques and tools used to analyze the variability. These tools can be used to provide important information for decision making, including for mechanized agricultural operations. This paper aimed to characterize the worldwide scientific literature on Statistical Process Control use in mechanized agricultural processes, demonstrating its potential to be incorporated into Agriculture 4.0. Our research involved a bibliometric survey on Scopus and Academic Google databases. The analyzed studies allowed us to infer that SQC tools may improve understanding of mechanized operations and be used in Agriculture 4.0. Such features can also streamline and enhance decision making, converting big data into useful information.

RESUMO A evolução tecnológica é imprescindível para tornar a agricultura irrigada mais eficiente no uso da água. Sendo assim, esse artigo de revisão visa contextualizar a irrigação na era da agricultura 4.0 de forma a abordar como essas novas tecnologias estão a impactar no uso racional da água. No que concerne a automação de sistemas irrigados abordou-se a eficiência da irrigação com auxílio de sensores de umidade, aplicativos com uso de smartphone, controladores e injetores de fertilizantes e como o funcionamento destes pode promover a irrigação. Com relação ao manejo da irrigação, o uso do sensoriamento remoto como opção para determinação da evapotranspiração da cultura foi contextualizado, relacionando os tipos de bandas espectrais e sensores utilizados para a coleta de imagens (orbital, aéreo e terrestre), no acompanhamento do status hídrico da cultura. Versou-se também sobre a importância da coleta de dados nas delimitações das zonas de manejo para a irrigação de precisão e quais os possíveis avanços ainda podem ser alcançados no que concerne a obtenção e análise de dados. Por fim, conclui-se que, apesar da alta eficiência dos sistemas de irrigação automatizados, informações oriundas dos atributos do solo, clima e planta obtidas através da gama de dados fornecidos por sensores, serão responsáveis pela mitigação dos impactos globais ocasionados pela agricultura irrigada no futuro próximo, já que estas informações podem potencializar com máxima eficiência, a irrigação de precisão, reduzindo assim o consumo de água pela agricultura.

ABSTRACT Technological evolution is essential to make irrigated agriculture more efficient in the use of water. Thus, this review article aims to contextualize irrigation in the age of agriculture 4.0 in order to address how these new technologies are impacting the rational use of water. With regard to the automation of irrigated systems, irrigation efficiency with moisture sensors, applications using smartphone, controllers and fertilizer injectors, as well as how their operation can promote irrigation, was addressed. Regarding irrigation management, the use of remote sensing as an option to determine crop evapotranspiration was contextualized, listing the types of spectral bands and sensors used to collect images (orbital, aerial and terrestrial), in the monitoring of crop water status. The importance of data collection in the delineations of management zones for precision irrigation and what possible advances can still be achieved with regard to obtaining and analyzing data were also discussed. Finally, it is concluded that, despite the high efficiency of automated irrigation systems, information of soil, climate and plant attributes obtained through the range of data provided by sensors will be responsible for mitigating the global impacts caused by irrigated agriculture in the near future, since this information can enhance irrigation, with maximum efficiency, thus reducing water consumption by agriculture.

RESUMO A agricultura digital contribui com a eficiência agrícola por meio da utilização de ferramentas como a visão computacional, robótica e agricultura de precisão. Com este trabalho o objetivo foi desenvolver um sistema capaz classificar imagens por meio do reconhecimento de padrões pré estabelecidos. Para este fim foi criado um sistema distribuído geograficamente, baseado no computador Raspberry Pi 3B+, que captura imagens no campo e armazena em um banco de dados, onde estão disponibilizadas para receber uma pré-classificação por parte de um supervisor. Depois disso, classificadores são gerados, avaliados e enviados para o dispositivo remoto realizar a classificação em tempo real. Para a avaliação do sistema foram definidas 23 classes agrupadas em 3 superclasses, capturadas 36.979 imagens e, realizadas 1.579 pré-classificações, que permitiram a realização de testes de classificação por meio de validação cruzada com divisão equivalente a quantidade de classes e de forma embaralhada. Estes testes mostraram que a acurácia entregue por cada classificador é diferente e, diretamente proporcional a quantidade e balanceamento das amostras, com variação da acurácia de 11% a 79%, com 26 e 2.200 amostras consideradas, respectivamente. O tempo de resposta do sistema foi avaliado em 1.585 períodos e se mantiveram em aproximadamente 0,20 segundos, podendo, sob velocidade controlada do veículo, ser utilizada para dispersão de insumos em tempo real.

ABSTRACT Digital agriculture contributes to agricultural efficiency through the use of such tools as computer vision, robotics, and precision agriculture. In this study, the objective was to develop a system capable of classifying images through the recognition of pre-established patterns. For this purpose, a geographically distributed system was created, based on the Raspberry Pi 3B+ computer, which captures images in the field and stores them in a database, where they are available to receive a pre-classification by a supervisor. Subsequently, classifiers are generated, evaluated, and sent to the remote device to conduct a classification in real time. For an evaluation of the system, 23 classes were defined and grouped into 3 superclasses, 36,979 images were captured, and 1,579 pre-classifications were conducted, which allowed the classification tests to be carried out by means of a cross-validation by randomly dividing into the equivalent number of classes. These tests revealed that the accuracy delivered by each classifier is different and directly proportional to the quantity and balance of the samples, with a variation of 11% to 79%, with 26 and 2,200 samples considered, respectively. The response time of the system was evaluated during 1,585 periods and was maintained within approximately 0.20 s, and under controlled speed of the vehicle, can be used for the dispersion of inputs in real time.

ABSTRACT. Pearson's correlation and spatial variability are tools that can be used to help one understand the process of losses in the mechanical harvesting of cotton. Therefore, the objective of this study was to model the spatial distribution and map the losses of mechanical cotton harvest using geostatistics and to correlate the losses with agronomic variables using Pearson’s correlation. The experiment was conducted in Itiquira and Lucas do Rio Verde, Mato Grosso State, Brazil. At each sampling point, the evaluated variables were agronomic plant variables and cotton losses in the soil and the plant (divided into lower, medium and upper thirds) and the sum total of losses. The highest losses in cotton harvest occurred in the lower third and on the soil, both of which exhibit a spatial dependence model, according to geostatistics, demonstrating that they do not occur in a randomized process and are related to the specific plant. There was a relationship between the plant populations with losses in the cotton crop. The plant population can influence the spatial dependence of losses.

RESUMO Com a expansão de áreas de cultivo de cana-de-açúcar, a adubação mecanizada mostra-se fundamental por proporcionar maior desempenho operacional, otimização do fornecimento de nutrientes, aumento da produtividade. Porém, esta adubação pode apresentar algumas deficiências na distribuição, tais como, fluidez, segregação, granulometria, entre outros. Assim, está sendo desenvolvido um novo conceito de adubação, capaz de realizar aplicação individualizada de nitrogênio, fósforo e potássio, distribuindo-os com diferentes dosagens; maior eficiência de aplicação; utilização da agricultura de precisão e taxa variável. Objetivou-se com este trabalho avaliar a qualidade da adubação mecanizada individualizada de NPK em cana-soca por meio do Controle Estatístico de Qualidade - CEQ. O experimento foi desenvolvido no município de Matão, São Paulo. A área experimental pertence à Fazenda Cascavel. O delineamento experimental foi baseado nas premissas básicas do CEQ ao longo do espaço, monitorando a adubação mecanizada individualizada de NPK em 30 pontos amostrais. As parcelas desse tratamento foram compostas por seis linhas de cana-de-açúcar, espaçamento entrelinhas de 1,5 m, área útil 1.571 m2 e a cada 30 m coletou-se por 5 segundos o fertilizante nos pontos amostrais. O mecanismo dosador helicoidal foi uma das causas especiais que afetou a qualidade operacional, pois não foi eficiente na distribuição. Concluiu-se que a qualidade da adubação individualizada de fertilizante aplicou a dosagem acima da recomendada para todos os fertilizantes, devido à regulagem e o mecanismo dosador helicoidal. O nitrogênio (ureia protegida) apresentou maior variabilidade de distribuição enquanto o fósforo (MAP) apresentou a melhor qualidade operacional devido a menor quantidade recomendada.

ABSTRACT With the expansion of areas of sugarcane cultivation, mechanised fertilisation is essential for providing improved operational performance, optimising the supply of nutrients and increasing productivity. However, this type of fertilisation may present deficiencies in the area of distribution, such as fluidity, separation, and particle size, among others. A new concept in fertilisation is therefore being developed, capable of carrying out the individual application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, distributing these in various doses, with greater efficiency of application, employing precision farming and variable rates. The aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of the individual mechanised fertilisation of NPK in ratoon cane by means of Statistical Quality Control - SQC. The experiment was carried out in the city of Matão, in the State of São Paulo, with the experimental area making up part of the Cascavel Farm. The experimental design was based on the basic premise of spatial SQC, monitoring the individual mechanised fertilisation of NPK at 30 sampling points. For this treatment, the lots were composed of six rows of sugarcane, spaced 1.5 m apart, with an effective area of 1,571 m2. There was a sampling point every 30 m, where fertiliser was collected for 5 seconds. The helical metering system especially affected operational quality, as this was inefficient in its distribution. It was concluded that, due to adjustment of the helical metering system, individual application resulted in doses above those recommended for all fertilisers. Nitrogen (protected urea) showed the greatest variability in distribution, whereas phosphorus (MAP) displayed the highest operating quality due to the lower recommended volume.
